Our rooms

Having looked again now we can see a clearer picture of the ongoing costs we are meeting, our hire charges will need to go up by £1.50 per room per hour from 1 November 2024. We hope that this still keeps them comparable with the area and fair to our users while meeting our obligations as trustees. We hope too that the advance notice is helpful.

We are keeping the discounts for regular use and please do talk to us early if you are struggling with the charges.

For clarity, the new rates for hire are as follows with the approval of the trustees:Hiring Fees from 1 November 2024, rates are per hour unless otherwise stated

Large Hall £18.50

Primary Room £14.50

Meeting Room £14.50

Church £80 (fixed rate for use)

The 15% weekly use discount and 40% daily use discount will continue
